Karine Feddersen MiniBook I love who I am

Note to self: I love who I am.

The friendliest of friendly reminders: I love myself. There's a lot of talk about self-love and it's easy to see why: We spend far more time with Ourself than we do with anyone else :)
OH MY GOODNESS! There is A LOT of chatter about self-love! I know I mention it now and then too… so I’m no help 😉
Today, I would want to share a quick self-love review to someone I love very much who I feel might be due to connect with themselves with love.
Since the subject might feel a little overdone, I’m going to keep it short 🙂
Let’s do this!

For this MiniBook, we’re going to do things a little differently. We know that loving Ourself is important because we’re together with Ourself every single moment of every single day. We have been together since the first moment of our life and we will continue to be with Ourself for life.

Read with me:

I love my body:

I love all my bones and marrow.
I love all my nerves.
I love all my veins and arteries.
I love my blood.
I love my lymphatic system.
I love each of my organs: my large intestine, my small intestine, my liver, my gallbladder, my kidneys, my bladder, my spleen, my pancreas, my stomach, my lungs, my heart, my brain and all my other organs.
I love each of my muscles.
I love my fat.
I love my senses; my eyes and vision, my ears and hearing, my mouth and taste, my nose and smell.
I love my skin and feeling.
I love my arms and legs.
I love my hands and feet, my fingers and toes.
I love my hair, hairs, nails and all my outer self.

I love my body enough to make the right choices for myself.
I love my body enough to speak nicely to myself.

I love my mind:

I love my brain and my thoughts.
I love what I know and that I can learn.

I love my mind enough to feed it healthy knowledge.

I love my Soul:

I love the depths of my Soul.
I love the colors of my Soul.

I love my Soul enough to be kind and loving to myself through each day of my life.

I love my Spirit:

I love my spiritual life.
I love the attention I give to my beliefs.

I love my Spirit enough to care for it and be aware of how I connect to the world around me and my deeper self, and my spirituality.

I love all of myself, all that I am today and all that I can be.
I love myself and see all the greatest aspects of myself, even if the world seems harsh.
I love myself through my past, through my present and towards my future.
I love myself through my challenges and my happenings.
I love myself through my victories and great moments.
I love and know myself, more than anyone else.
I love myself through the times I might feel confused and lost.

I love myself even through days I don’t really recognize myself.
I love myself through it all.

I love myself the way I deserve.

Approaching our life and Ourself through the lens of appreciation, recognition and love, respect and care, allows us to feel the best towards Ourself. By giving Ourself the simple gift of daily love, understanding and compassion, we give ourselves patience towards our missteps and know we do the best we can at the time, while learning to do better.

We see, feel and know we are imperfect. We know our shortcomings, weaknesses and quirks. But we love Ourself unconditionally and with gratitude.

We GET to live this life. We GET to live as Ourself.

Enjoy 🙂
Karine

Sidenote: Please know that any part of self-love that I may have left out is due to making it as PG as I can.
